Mentorship Program Co-Chair

Kha Nguyen joined NYC Men in Nursing in 2019 as a new grad nurse. He started out as a mentee in the mentorship program. In 2020, he became the community service lieutenant and help organize outreach events such as the Randall island coastal cleanup. In 2021, Kha was chosen to become the NYC mentorship co-chair and worked closely with Dr. Fidel and Chris Hsiao to run the one year long mentorship program. Kha is committed to provide guidance and support to the next generation of nurses. 

Kha is currently working in the CTICU at UCLA in Los Angeles and planning on attending nurse anesthesia school this Fall. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, playing soccer, Bouldering, surfing and spending time with his family.
