Mark Tagwalan, MPA, RN, NE-BC

Mark Tagwalan has been a nurse for a little over twenty years and is currently sitting as the Patient Care Director for the telemetry unit of New York Presbyterian - Lawrence Hospital. He received his BSN from the University of the Philippines Manila and his Masters in Public Administration from NYU Wagner. He joined NYC Men in Nursing in June 2019. 

Mark is passionate about engagement in his nursing staff and is always the creative mind behind projects in his unit. He is excited to bring this passion to MIN and, with the help of the executive board, hopefully reignite and bring focus to membership in these pandemic times, raising awareness to current issues and concerns affecting nursing and healthcare.
